Refund policy

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods and custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). As such, SomAwe cocktails are non-returnable; the only items eligible for return are accessories. We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.

Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it, and if you find the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and make it right.

Exchanges: The quickest way to get the item you desire is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: We will notify you once we've received and examined your return, informing you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
